“Ziužiai” Terms of Service
Welcome to Ziužiai! 💛
These terms help us make sure your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. By placing an order, you agree to these rules.
1. Orders and Payment
- We start processing an order only after full payment is received.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, or other electronic payment platforms.
- All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
- If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order may be canceled.
2. Production and Shipping Times
- For custom-made items, production takes 3–7 business days.
- For items in stock, shipping takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery times:
- Lithuania: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- Outside the EU: 10–20 business days
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
3. Returns and Exchanges
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unworn, in the original packaging, and with tags.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and checked.
- To exchange an item, you need to place a new order and return the previous one.
4. Product Care
Care instructions are provided with each item. Improper care may damage the product, so we recommend following them carefully.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- We process your data according to GDPR requirements.
- Your data is used only for order fulfillment and communication.
- Processed data includes: name, surname, email, phone number, address.
- We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
- You can request to view, correct, or delete your data at any time.
