Production and Shipping
- Ordered items are produced and prepared according to the customer’s order.
- For custom-made items, production takes 3–7 business days from the payment confirmation.
- Once produced, the item is shipped within 1–3 business days after production is completed.
- If the item is in stock, it is shipped within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
- Orders are shipped using postal or courier services.
Delivery times depend on the destination:
- Lithuania: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Outside the European Union: 10–20 business days
- Shipping cost is calculated based on the chosen shipping method and displayed at checkout.
- Customers are notified about the order status via email.
