We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• A purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged Items or Errors
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and take the necessary actions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized orders
• Personal hygiene items (e.g., beauty products)
• Sale items or gift cards
• If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cancellation Right
If the item is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without explanation. The item must be in the same condition as received, and a proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

• We will inspect your returned item and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
• If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
